Ready to move beyond classroom teaching?
Develop a wider understanding of curriculum, literacy, mathematics, science, culture, assessment and school-program organization as preparation for curriculum or leadership roles.
A 36-hour applied professional-development course for educators, coordinators, tutorial-center owners and aspiring school founders who want to understand how a Montessori-inspired curriculum becomes a real, organized and implementable school or learning program.
OMMPAC Training Series 01 is designed for individual professionals— in the Philippines or overseas—who want to develop the knowledge, judgment and practical tools to design, improve or eventually lead a Montessori-inspired curriculum and school program.
Develop a wider understanding of curriculum, literacy, mathematics, science, culture, assessment and school-program organization as preparation for curriculum or leadership roles.
Learn how to map Montessori-inspired practice against required outcomes, identify gaps, organize daily programming and develop teachers around a coherent direction.
If you personally want to understand Montessori-inspired curriculum development before investing in materials, facilities or expansion, this course gives you a structured way to explore the possibilities.
Use the course to develop and test a proposed educational model before making major decisions about curriculum, staffing, materials, facilities and program identity.
Explore Montessori-inspired education through curriculum design, literacy development, school leadership and educational entrepreneurship—not only classroom technique.
Owners and directors are welcome when they want to build their own internal capability and participate directly in the educational design and implementation process.
For OFWs, overseas Filipinos and migrant professionals who want to explore teaching, curriculum development, tutorial-center ownership or future school development as a possible next career, reintegration pathway or education-based livelihood.
If your school already has an operating team and is looking for a Montessori-inspired curriculum upgrade, curriculum alignment, program redesign, teacher-development plan or implementation support, OMMPAC can work directly with the institution.
Institutional engagements may begin with a curriculum and program diagnostic and can extend into customized curriculum architecture, Montessori–DepEd alignment, school-program design, teacher preparation and implementation support.
Both pathways support Montessori-inspired school development, but they serve different needs.
Choose this when you want to develop the knowledge and capability to design, improve or lead a Montessori-inspired program yourself.
Choose this when your school or learning center needs a customized curriculum and implementation solution developed with your institution.
Not sure which pathway fits? Individual training and institutional consultancy may also be combined when a school wants both customized development and stronger internal capability.
Training Series 01 begins with the child and the purpose of education, then moves through Filipino and English literacy, mathematics, science, culture, Cosmic Education, curriculum alignment, daily programming, assessment and implementation.
The course does not ask participants simply to collect Montessori materials or imitate a classroom appearance. It asks whether curriculum, environment, teachers, assessment, family communication and school routines work together coherently.
Do not finish the course with a paper that stays in a folder. Build a Montessori-inspired Curriculum and School Program Development & Implementation Plan around a real—or genuinely proposed—institution.
Use the school, tutorial center or learning program where you are an owner, administrator, coordinator or authorized educator. Your capstone is a learning proposal; institutional adoption remains a leadership decision.
Recommend a willing school or learning center. OMMPAC reviews the case and confirms participation before substantive work begins.
Build a documented curriculum and launch plan for a school or program you genuinely intend to establish.
If you do not yet have an institution, OMMPAC can provide a reference case. For the pilot cohort, GSMS Antipolo may serve as a founding applied case site, subject to institutional confirmation and case-site safeguards.
Each module contributes a practical component that can be consolidated into the participant’s institutional implementation plan.
Pakikinig, pagsasalita, talasalitaan, tunog, pantig, salita, pangungusap, pagbasa, pagsulat and pag-unawa.

The D / I / B / E framework helps participants identify what is already covered and what still needs explicit teaching or contextualization.
The Montessori-inspired experience directly develops the required outcome.
The outcome develops across several connected learning experiences.
Explicit teaching, contextualization or additional experience is necessary.
The Montessori-inspired program extends beyond the required outcome.
Each team follows the same professional process whether the case is an existing school, a tutorial center, a proposed institution or an OMMPAC-designated case site.
Study institutional context, learners, curriculum expectations, staffing, facilities, resources and current challenges.
Develop curriculum maps, program structures, environment priorities, teacher-development needs and implementation recommendations.
Present recommendations before an OMMPAC review panel and respond to professional questions, evidence and critique.
Refine the plan and submit a final institutional implementation document or proposed-school development plan.
OMMPAC participants act as learners and advisers—not as school owners, regulators or decision-makers unless they already hold such authority in their own institution. Confidentiality, child protection, privacy, school governance, professional boundaries and applicable regulatory requirements must be respected. Recommendations do not become school policy until formally adopted by the institution.
Designed for educators and school-development participants across the Philippines and the wider regional network.
Final revised capstone submission: December 14, 2026.
A six-Saturday applied format for school teams and educational leaders who benefit from direct workshop facilitation.
The third weekend remains reserved for the Montessori Introductory Course. OMMPAC Saturdays are scheduled around that fixed monthly anchor.
Participants should ideally have completed the SEELS Montessori Language and Systematic Synthetic Phonics Introductory Course or an equivalent Montessori foundation orientation.
The course is not a substitute for comprehensive Montessori teacher training. It focuses specifically on curriculum development, school-program organization, contextual alignment and implementation.

If an owner, principal or coordinator wants to personally develop the capability to lead curriculum work, that individual may join Training Series 01. If the school wants a customized Montessori-inspired curriculum upgrade, alignment project, teacher-development plan or implementation support, the institutional consultancy pathway is usually the better fit.
