Teachers and aspiring educators
For educators who want to strengthen classroom practice, phonics, reading instruction, Montessori-inspired methods, lesson planning and child-centered learning.
SEELS Teachers Academy supports teachers, parents, tutorial centers, learning centers and private schools in building stronger learning foundations for children. We focus on practical methods that can be used in actual teaching situations, not only in theory.
Our work covers teacher formation, Montessori-inspired language learning, phonics, reading and writing foundations, parent coaching, curriculum support, classroom routines, learner observation and education program management.
Children learn better when teachers, parents, tutors and school leaders work with clearer methods, better routines and stronger learning support. SEELS Teachers Academy serves the people who guide children every day.

Many children need clearer support in reading, writing, language development, comprehension and learning confidence. SEELS Teachers Academy helps teachers, parents, tutorial centers and schools organize literacy learning in practical, structured and child-centered ways.
Teachers and centers are guided to observe where a child is starting from: sound awareness, letter knowledge, blending, vocabulary, writing readiness, confidence and comprehension.
Literacy support becomes stronger when teachers use clear lesson flow, repeated practice, child observation, hands-on activities and joyful language learning routines.
Parents and tutorial centers receive guidance on home practice, progress records, communication, learning materials and support for children who need more time and encouragement.
Many tutorial centers and small private schools have heart and commitment, but they need clearer systems. SEELS helps education partners improve their learning programs, teacher preparation, parent communication, learner records and service organization.
SEELS Teachers Academy supports digital and financial literacy as part of functional literacy. The focus is not trading or investment promotion. The focus is helping educators, parents and communities understand online information, read warnings, avoid scams, ask better questions and make responsible decisions.

Help families and learners read notices, warnings, terms and risk reminders before joining online platforms or activities.
Support family and community conversations about digital tools, money-related claims and responsible decision-making.
SEELS Teachers Academy grew from more than 15 years of Digital Montessori Education experience in Japan, Jolly Phonics training promotion, TESOL teacher formation and literacy program development. Please review the following guidelines before confirming your training registration. These policies help SEELS Teachers Academy organize class schedules, training materials, facilitator assignments and participant slots.
A training slot is reserved only after the participant submits the registration form and confirms payment or required reservation fee. Unpaid inquiries are not considered confirmed slots.
Advance registration discounts apply only to participants who register and confirm payment before the announced deadline. Regular fees apply after the deadline or once discounted slots are no longer available.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing before the training begins. Once the participant has attended the training, accessed training materials, or joined the online session, the fee is generally non-refundable.
Participants who cannot attend may request a one-time transfer to another available batch, subject to schedule availability and SEELS approval. Transfer requests should be made before the training date.
A registered participant may request to transfer the slot to another person, provided SEELS is informed before the training and the substitute participant completes the required registration details.
If SEELS Teachers Academy cancels or reschedules a training, participants may choose to transfer to the next available schedule or request a refund of the amount paid, subject to payment-channel processing requirements.
Whether you are a teacher, parent, tutorial center owner, school founder, principal or community partner, SEELS Teachers Academy can help you identify the right starting point.
