Does training guarantee employment?

No. Training and practicum do not guarantee employment. Hope Zoel and any receiving institution independently manage vacancies, interviews, demonstrations, appointments and employment conditions.

Is the 24-Hour TEYL course the same as the 120-Hour TESOL?

No. They are separate programmes. The TEYL Philippine Variant is a focused young learner course. The broader online TESOL is offered separately through SEELS Teachers Academy in Japan.
